摘要
制定了盐酸羟胺法测定电合成芳醛的条件,并用该方法测定了电合成对氟苯甲醛样品,方法的回收率为99.97%~100.4%,相对标准偏差为0.084%~0.42%,测定结果和气相色谱分析结果基本一致。因芳醛和亚硫酸氢钠反应不完全,使亚硫酸氢钠法测定结果偏低,证明了亚硫酸氢钠法不适用于芳醛的测定。
An optimum condition for analysis of p-fluorobenzaldehyde sample using electrosynthesis was investigated by method of hydroxyamine hydrochloride.The recovery was from 99.97% to 100.4%,the relative standard deviation was from 0.084% to 0.42%,the results agreed with means of the gas chromatography.The reaction of aromatic aldehydes with sodium bisulfite was incomplete,so that the results was less than standard values,as a result,the method was not suitable to the analysis of aromatic aldehydes.
