采用热稳定性极好的聚酰亚胺 (PI)为基体与热分解性聚合物进行嵌段 ,接技共聚成不对称的微相分离的发泡薄膜 ,纳米孔径及形状可由起初共聚物的微相形态来控制。
A new route for the synthesis of polyimide nanofoam films has been developed,by utilizing a bock or grafe copolymer.The nanofoams are prepared from copolymers consisting of thermally labile polymers and thermally stable matrix polymers. The desired size and shape of nanofoam domains were controlled by the initial micro-phase separated copolymer morphology.\;
