摘要
当前,教师专业化正在由教师个体被动专业化向教师个体主动专业化过渡。在这一转变过程中,教师能否在专业发展过程中发挥其自身的能动性是成功与否的关键。教师专业发展能动性是在教师专业发展实践过程中,教师个体积极主动地为改变自身的专业发展境遇及其所处的专业发展环境做出选择,并朝着选择的方向施加影响的个人品质。教师专业发展的践行可以借助自我导向、借助外力和集体协作三条途径来实现。教师专业发展能动性的发挥体现于选择过程、动机过程、思维过程和实践过程等四个过程。
Currently, teachers' professional development is experiencing the transition from the individual teacher's passive professionalization to the active professionalization. During this transformation, whether teachers can exercise their initiative is critical. Initiative is teachers' personal character in their professional development, which means the individual teacher tries to change his/her own professional development situation and exert influence on the direction already chosen in an active way. Teachers' professional development can be achieved through self-direction, external influence and collective collaboration. The initiative of teachers' professional development is embodied in such four stages as choice, motivation, thinking and practice.
