成年女性血锌血硒水平调查分析 被引量:1

Effect of procyanidins on liver toxicity induced by semicarbazide in male mice

摘要 目的:探讨成年女性血锌血硒水平。方法:应用原子吸收分光光度计检测锌、硒。结果:成年女性锌缺乏率为23.8%,其中20岁至69岁女性锌缺乏率为20.8%,70岁至90岁女性为42.4%,二者差异显著。结论:成年女性应定期检测,维持血锌血硒在正常水平。 Objective: To investigate the affect of procyanidins (PC) to the mouse liver injury exposed by semicarbazide (SEM). Methods: 50 adult Kunming (KM) mice were randomly divided into five groups: solvent control group, SEM exposure group, SEM exposure + low, medium and high doses of PC protection group. The mice in solvent control group were intragastric deionized water once a day for 6 weeks. Mice in SEM exposure group were intragastrie 56.25 mg/( kg bw)SEM solution in the first two weeks, and intragastrlc deionized water in later 4 weeks. The mice in low, medium and high doses of PC protection groups, were intragastic 56.25 mg / (kg" bw)SEM solution in the first 2 weeks, and were intragastie 100,200,400 mg/(kg" bw)PC solution respectively in later 4 weeks. 24 h after the last lavage, mice were taken eyeball blood and killed, then the correlation detection indicators were measured. Restults: After 6 weeks, body weight and coefficient of liver organs of mice exposed to semicarbazide was decreased, and pathological changes in liver of which were severe degeneration and necrosis of liver cells, liver cord disorder, and'ballooning of the cytoplasm of loose change. Liver function showed that ALT, AST and GGT levels in serum increased in SEM exposure group, the activity of SOD in which decreased and the level of MDA increased compared with the solvent control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Protected by PC paticular in 200 and 400 mg/(kg'bw), the body weight and liver organ coefficient of mice increased and improved the liver histological changes compared with SEM exposure group. ALT, AST and CoGT levels in resum of PC protection groups were tend to be normal (decreased), in which the activity of SOD increased and the level of MDA decreased significantly compared with SEM exposure group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: There were protective effect of procyanidins on semicarbazide - induced liver injury in mice. antioxidant was one of protective mechanisms in PC on the SEM- induced liver injury.
