摘要
对5种彝药中多种微量元素进行测定并分析。选用不同的混酸溶解样品,用ICP-AES电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪进行测定。结果表明,5种彝药材中含有大量钙、镁、铬、锰、铁、锌、铜等元素。实验表明5种彝药与其药理作用具有相似性。
Objective： To analyze trace elements in 5 kind of Yi nationality＇ s Medicine . Methode：The szmples were digested in HNO3 ＋ HCIO4（1：3）. then it was determination by ICP- AES. Results： shows metal elements of Ca , Mg , Cr, Mn, Fe, Zn and Cu in Yi Herbal Medicine . Conclusion： these elements have relativity with pharmacology function of the Yi nationality＇s Medicine.
