目的:测定宁夏产茴茴蒜中微量元素含量。方法:采用干法灰化法处理样品,以火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中Cu、Pb、Zn、Al、Mn、Fe的含量。结果:宁夏产茴茴蒜中Fe元素含量较高,Cu、Mn、Ni的含量次之,Co的含量最低。结论:方法简便,可用于茴茴蒜中微量元素含量的测定。
