PML—RARα阴性的急性早幼粒细胞白血病伴乳腺粒细胞肉瘤一例
摘要
患者女，25岁，2010年5月无明显诱因出现头晕、乏力。查体：中度贫血貌，皮肤黏膜未见瘀点瘀斑，浅表淋巴结不大，胸骨无压痛，心肺听诊未闻及明显异常，腹软，肝脾肋下未触及，双下肢无水肿。既往无慢性疾病史。
