Application Test of Expired Deteriorative Mg Oxide to Heat and Acid Resistant CR Conveyor Belt

氧化镁是氯丁橡胶的主要交联剂之一，但很难保管，一旦拆包开封，暴露于空气中极易吸潮变质，变质后在胶料配方中失去部分防焦作用，影响胶料焦烧性能。该文探讨将已经吸潮变质的氧化镁应用于生产中，取得了很好的效果。

Mg oxide is one of the main crosslinker of CR. It is easy to moistened as exposed in air. It is so easy to deteriorate that it is difficult to storage. After deteriorating, it lost partly retarding in compound formula, and the retarding property of the commpound was effected. This paper told us how to use the deteriorated Mg oxide by moistening to the production and the good effect was achieved.
