摘要
目的:研究光质对毛脉酸模根中次生代谢产物白藜芦醇及其苷的影响。方法:通过红色、蓝色、绿色、黄色滤光膜对毛脉酸模进行遮膜处理。采用高效液相色谱法对毛脉酸模根中的白藜芦醇、白藜芦醇苷的含量进行测定,并进行了方差分析。结果:一年生红膜处理中白藜芦醇及其苷的含量显著性高于遮荫组及日光组;二年生日光组及遮荫组中白藜芦醇及其苷的含量显著性高于滤光膜处理组。结论:红膜处理显著提高一年生毛脉酸模根中白藜芦醇及其苷含量,这将为中药种植及天然药物的开发提供新的思路及理论基础。
Objective: To explore the effects of light quality on resveratrol and polydatin content in roots of Rumex gmelini Turcz. Methods: Herbs were treated under red, blue, green and yellow films, together with a control (CK) of no of Resveratrol and Polydatin, of R. shading. An HPLC method was applied to determinate the content gmehni at different development Stage. Statistical analysis was carried out using the ANOVA test. Results: In comparsion with full sun-light and shading groups, Resveratrol and Polydatin content in roots of 1-year-old Rumex gmehni Turcz were increased remarkably under red film shading; and Resveratrol and Polydatin content in roots of 2-year-old Rumex gmelini Turcz were decreased significantly under shading with color films. Conclusions: Resveratrol and Polydatin content in roots of 1-year-old Rumex gmehni Turcz were improved significantly by red film, which can provide new thoughts and basic theories for the cultivation and development of traditional Chinese medicine or natural medicine.
