摘要
研究了材料参数和工艺参数对β型半水脱硫石膏-水泥复合材料力学性能及结构特征的影响。结果表明,β型半水脱硫石膏-水泥复合材料的28d抗折、抗压强度分别是9.38MPa和48.84MPa;掺磨细矿物β型半水脱硫石膏-水泥复合材料的28d抗折、抗压强度分别为10.88MPa和67.67MPa;其软化系数分别为0.93和0.81。结构分析表明,掺磨细矿物β型半水脱硫石膏-水泥复合材料水化产物中,除二水硫酸钙外,还出现C-S-H凝胶和AFt晶体,这些胶体与晶体互相交织,降低孔隙率,提高了密实性和强度。
The effects of material and process paramelers on the mechanical properties and siructural characteristics of 13 semi-hydrate desul- furized gypsum-cement composite was studied. The testing results showed that, of β semi-hydrate desulfurized gypsum-cement composite, 28-day flexural and compressive strength were 9.38MPa and 48.84Mpa respectively ; meanwhile, mixed with finer grinded minerals, 28d flexural and com- pressive strength of β semi-hydrate desulfurized gypsum-cement composites were 10.88MPa and 67.67MPa; their softening coefficients are respectively 0.93 and 0.81. Structural analysis indicated that, mixed with finer grinded minerals, the hydration products nf β semi-hydrate desulfurized gypsum-cement composites, except di-hydrate ccium sulfate, appeared CSH gel and AFt crystal, and these colloids and crystals interlaced with one another to reduce porosity, enhanced density and improve strength.
