宫颈鳞癌组织S100A4蛋白和MMP-2的表达及意义 被引量:1

EXPRESSIONS OF S100A4 AND MMP-2 IN SQUAMOUS CARCINOMA OF THE CERVIX

摘要 目的探讨S100钙结合蛋白A4(S100A4)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法,分别检测60例宫颈鳞癌组织和15例正常宫颈组织中S100A4蛋白和MMP-2的表达情况。结果正常宫颈组织中S100A4蛋白不表达,MMP-2阳性表达率为20.00%(3/15);S100A4蛋白和MMP-2在宫颈鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为41.67%(25/60)和88.33%(53/60);两组比较,差异有显著性(χ2=9.38、26.13,P<0.05)。S100A4蛋白在宫颈鳞癌中的表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移和肿瘤直径有关(χ2=5.86~7.15,P<0.05),而与组织学分级、年龄无关(P>0.05);MMP-2在宫颈鳞癌组织的表达与临床分期及淋巴结转移有关(χ2=11.34、4.51,P<0.05),与组织学分级、肿瘤直径及年龄无关(P>0.05)。S100A4蛋白和MMP-2在宫颈鳞癌组织的表达呈正相关(r=0.225,P<0.01)。结论 S100A4蛋白和MMP-2在宫颈鳞癌发展、浸润和转移中起一定促进作用,S100A4蛋白可作为判定宫颈鳞癌临床病理特征的重要指标之一。 Objective To investigate the expressions and their significance of $100A4 protein and MMP-2 in squamous carcinoma of the cervix (SCC). Methods The SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of S100A4 and MMP-2 in 60 SCC and 15 cases of normal cervical tissue. Results In normal tissue of cervix, S100A4 was not expressed, and the rate of MMP-2 was 20.00% (3/15). In SCC tissue, the expressions of S100A4 and MMP-2 were 41.67% (25/60) and 88.33% (53/60), respectively, being significantly different as compared with normal tissue of the cervix (X2 = 9. 375,26. 127;P〈 0.01). The expression of S100A4 in SCC was positively correlated with clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and diameter of tumor (x2 =5.86--7.15 ,P〈0.05), but not with histological grading and patient's age (P〉0.05), that of MMP 2 was positively correlated with the clinical stage and lymph node metastases (x2 =11.34,4.51;P〈 0.05), but not with grade and diameter of tumor and patient's age (P〉0.05). The expression of $100A4 was positively correlated with MMP-2 in SCC (r= 0. 225, P〈0.01). Conclusion S100A4 proteins and MMP-2 play a certain role in the development, invasion and metastasis of SCC. S100A4 may be used as one of imoortant oredictors to decide the cliniconathologic features of this malignaev.
