完善我国食品召回制度探析——以法经济学为视角

Study on Perfection of the Food Recall System in China——From the Perspective of Law and Economics

我国食品召回制度设计尚欠威慑力,多头监管且职责边界不清晰导致社会成本浪费,食品供应链信息不对称,这些问题都严重制约着食品召回制度的发展及完善。本文主要从法经济学的角度分析这些问题和不足,旨在为完善食品召回制度提出符合中国国情的对策。

The design of the food recall system in China still lacks of deterrent force, the regulatory fragmentations and the blur responsibility boundaries lead to the waste of resources. At the same time, food supply chain information is asymmetric. All these problems seriously limited the development and perfection of the food recall system. This thesis mainly analyzed these problems and shortcomings from the perspective of law economics, aiming to come up with proposals that suit China＇ s situation.
