摘要
采用丙烯酸可再分散乳胶粉和微晶粉对单组分聚合物水泥基防水浆料进行复合改性,考察了抗渗压力、抗折强度、抗压强度、粘结强度、柔韧性、收缩率等性能的变化规律。结果表明,复合改性后的单组分聚合物水泥基防水浆料的各项性能明显提高,丙烯酸可再分散乳胶粉与微晶粉的最佳掺量均为5%。
One-component polymer cement waterproofing slurry was modified by acrylic re-dispersible latex powder and microcrystalline powder. The article investigates performance variation of the slurry, such as impermeability pressure, flexural strength, compressive strength, bonding strength, flexibility and shrinkage rate. The results showed that the performances of one-component polymer cement waterproofing slurry were improved obviously after composite modification, and both of the optimum dosage of acrylic re-dispersible latex powder and microcrystalline powder were 5%.
