摘要
研究了低沸点萃取剂对二元酚废水中苯酚的萃取—精馏回收技术 ,含酚 6%~ 6.5%的废水经逆流三级萃取 ,萃余液中含酚量降至 2 0 0mg/L以下 ,脱酚率大于 99.5% ,萃余液汽提后CODcr降至 0 .0 6%以下。负载有机相经精馏分离得到苯酚和萃取剂 ,苯酚不含萃取剂 ,可以返回二元酚生产。
The recovery process of extraction-rectification of phenol in the waste water containing phenol were studied by using extracting reagent with low boiling point.After the waste water containing 6%~6.5% phenol being extracted by three grades of contra-flow process,the phenol content in the residual liquid was decreased to 200mg/L,the removing ration of phenol being more than 99.5%.The phenol was separated from extraction reagent by rectification.The phenol recovered can be recycled to the production of dualphenol.
