摘要
提出了在沥青中加入烟气抑制剂降低沥青路面施工产生沥青烟气的方法.通过大量筛选试验,从7种备选沥青烟气抑制剂中筛选出了既能显著降低沥青烟气,又不影响沥青路面性能的纳米碳酸钙和SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯)作为沥青烟气抑制剂,并得出了复配纳米碳酸钙和SBS的最佳配比,可降低烟气30%左右.在重庆外环高速公路玉峰山隧道沥青路面摊铺施工中应用了这种烟气抑制剂,对施工现场的大气进行了采样分析,结果表明:复配纳米碳酸钙和SBS沥青烟气抑制剂对降低沥青路面施工烟气的总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)浓度和芳香烃组分浓度有显著效果.
A method to reduce asphalt fume by adding fume suppression agents to asphalt was presented. Through contrast tests, a kind of asphalt fume suppression agent compound of nanometer calcium carbonate and SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) were selected from 7 additives, which can not only sig- nificantly reduce the asphalt smoking but has less adversely affect on the asphalt mixture properties. The optimum mixture ratio of nanometer calcium carbonate to SBS was obtained and it can reduce the asphalt smoking 30%. In Yufengshan tunnel asphalt pavement construction of Chongqing outer ring expressway the nanometer calcium carbonate and SBS fume suppression agent were used to reduce the fume and the atmosphere samples were collected in field for analysis in laboratory. The field atmos- phere sample analysis show that the nanometer calcium carbonate and SBS fume suppression agent can markedly reduce the concentration of total suspended particulates (TSP) and aromatic hydrocarbon components in asphalt pavement construction fume.
