煤炭企业经济效益评价的系统模糊优选方法

An Assessment Model of Economic Returns Based on Fuzzy Selection for Multi-Objective Decision-Making System and Its Application in Coal Enterprises

给出各项经济效益指标相对优属度的确定方法，提出了基于系统模糊优选理论的企业经济效益综合评价的新方法.该方法不需要设定评价指标的标准值；能够实现企业经济效益的相对优劣比较；综合评价值具有较大的分散性更便于做出决策.建立了7个煤炭企业在盈利能力、偿债能力、贡献能力以及总体经济效益方面的排序，进一步分析了造成企业经济效益较差的原因及其对策.实例分析表明系统模糊优选方法是经济效益评价的有效途径.

This thesis put forth the approach to establish the relative degree of economic returns tar gets to excellence. A new assessment model based on fuzzy selection model for multiobjective decisionm aking system was also proposed to assess the economic returns of enterprises. The model has three adva ntages, namely 1) not necessary to set the standard values of economic returns targets, 2) being able to accomplish the relative comparison of economic returns of enterprises, and 3) more scattered comprehensive assessment values which are helpful to make a decision. By an example, this paper set up the rank series of seven coa l enterprises from good economic returns to bad economic returns in regard to earning ability, paying ba ck ability, devoting ability, and total economic returns respectively. On the basis of the rank series, c auses for bad economic returns, and some countermeasures to enhan ce its economic returns were analyzed. It is proved that the fuzzy selection model is a new feasible way to evaluate economi c returns.
