双肾小细胞恶性肿瘤一例

摘要 患者，男性，45岁。因“恶心、纳差、乏力半年”于2011年5月20日入院。患者在外院检查时发现血肌酐最高达1016．8μmol／L及肾脏体积增大，为明确诊断转入我院。
