计算机模拟加工齿轮的方法及应用

摘要 把范成法加工渐开线圆柱齿轮原理与CAD技术结合起来,对齿轮齿廓加工进行计算机模拟,可在齿轮设计过程中直接用图形模拟显示设计齿轮齿形,从中分析齿轮的各部参数,以检验实验齿轮加工的可行性及准确性,从而确保齿轮的制造质量;此方法在加工特殊齿轮齿形及齿轮测绘工作方面也能发挥很大作用。 Combining the generating method for cylindrical involute gear machining with CAD techniques, computer simulation was done for gear teeth profile machining, with which the gear teeth profile can be simulatively displayed during the curse of designing the gear wheel and,in the meantime, various parameters of the gear can be analyzed to detendne the feasibility and accuracy of the coming machining operation. Thus higher design and manufacturing quality can be expected. Additionally, this method is very useful for the project of special gear teeth profile and gear mapping.
