Measuring Technology for Bore Hole Drilling Along Seam

摘要 从钻孔测斜技术、钻孔准直伽玛测量技术、信号传输技术几个方面 。 A measuring technology for a bore hole drilling along seam is to meet the development of the directional controlled drilling technology in mine seam. The directional controlled drilling needs a measurement to monitor drilling status in order to have the drilling parameters. Those drilling parameters can improve the drilling efficiency and ensure the bore hole to be drilled along the seam and along the designed direction. Therefore the space track of the drilled hole and the hole location in the seam should be measured on time. The method to determine the drilled hole space track is a bore hole inclination measurement technology. The technology is to measure the inclination and azimuth angle for the determination of the bore hole space location. A collimated gamma measurement technology is an effective method to determinate the bore hole location in seam. This gamma technology is to measure the gamma strength through the seam roof and floor and to detect the distance between the bore hole and seam roof or floor. The measured signal transmission from the bore hole is a issue to have a on time measurement. The main transmission methods are a non cable measurement, able measurement and measurement with drilling operation. The bore hole inclination measurement, measurement for a distance between the bore hole and seam roof and floor. The signal transmission are the key technologies of the measurement for drilling along seam.
