结合现场实际观测结果对煤矿生产过程中影响底板岩层突水的因素及其作用进行了分析，根据分析，提出了相应的开采措施。

The factors of mine water inrush and their effects are analyzed in this paper.On the basis of the anlysis,some mining measures are put forward to prevent mine water inrush.
