摘要
阐述了在石英粘上砂型（芯）铸造条件下，对ZGMn13斗前壁，采取阶梯分散内浇口，内、外冷铁相配合以及时铸件进行水韧处理以预防变形等工艺措施，使主产的斗前壁外观尺寸和耐磨性均达到用户的使用要求。
This paper described the technical measures such as step inner gates, double-faced chill,negative hardness and anti-deformation. ensunng that the overall size and wearresistance of the front wall of the bucket met the users requirernents properly.
