摘要
研究了采用Wx-5型看谱分析仪器,对容器用钢10WMoVNb中有效组分Nb(铌)的分析方法。研究表明,根据Nb(铌)的绿色波长组谱线(λ1=534.42 nm、λ2=535.07 nm),应用Wx-5型看谱分析仪器可分析Nb(铌)的定性质量分数为0.045%~2%。当Nb(铌)质量分数范围在0.12%~1.5%之间时,Nb(铌)谱线的强度与Nb(铌)元素质量分数之间线性关系明确,编制的评定标志表正确可靠。
Spectroscopic analysis of Wx-5-type instruments was used for the analysis of effective component Nb(niobium) in the vessel steel 10WMoVNb.The study shows that: according to the group spectrum of Nb(niobium) has green wavelength(λ 1 = 534.42nm,λ 2 = 535.07nm),Wx-5 type of spectroscopic analysis instrument can analyze Nb(niobium) with qualitative content of 0.045%~2%;Nb(niobium) content ranges.When the content of Nb(niobium) ranges between 0.12%~1.5%,a clear linear relationship between the intensity of spectral lines of metal Nb(niobium) and the element content of Nb(niobium) is found.The established assessment table is accurate and reliable.
