Bone cement mixed with gentamycin in anideal substitute material for skull.According tolaboratory study and clinical application in 32patients,it could not only repairing the cranialdefects,but also has apparent antiinfectionfunction.There were no wound infection in allcases and less fluid accumulation under the scalp.It was easy to mould and required short time toget disinfection and was obrained whenever neededon operation.
