摘要
采用热失重-差热分析(TG-DTA)研究了不同种类无机盐对双酚A环氧树脂热性能的影响。结果表明,由无机盐改性的双酚A环氧树脂在热氧分解过程中放热量减少很多,其中以添加铜盐、锌盐的环氧树脂的放热量减小幅度最明显。复合材料放热量的减小与所添加无机盐的金属离子种类有关,而与阴离子无关。
In this paper, the effects of different types of inorganic salt on thermal behaviors of bisphenol A - type epoxy resin were investigated by thermo gravimetric-differential thermal analysis ( TG - DTA) methods. The results showed that the heat released from thermo -oxidation decomposition process was reduced in epoxy filled with inorganic salts, especially in case of copper salt and zinc salt. The output of heat was only related with the metallic ion of the salt added, not effected by the types of negative ion of the salt.
