摘要
本文分析了5例生长性颅骨骨折,对生长性颅骨骨折的形成原因和治疗进行了探讨。并利用胎儿和婴儿颅骨标本在手术显微镜和扫描电镜下进行了观察,见到硬脑膜有丰富的血管网供应颅骨。
5 cases of traumatic growing skull fracture ininfancy are described.The characteristics of thefractures as follows:1)skull fracture was frequentlyseen in parietal bone;2)unsuspected dural andarachnoid tear at the time of the fracture;3)subsequent enlargement of the fracture to form acranial defect,accompanied with dilatation ofventricular and protrusion of brain tissue.This study was based on fetus and infancy skullspecimens,and observed under an operating microscopeand SEM.It was found that dura mater has aconsiderable vascular net to supply cranial bone.The formation of growing skull fractures mightbe due to separation of the underling dura materand lack of blood supply.According to our experiences,pericranium pediclebone graft is valuable in treating this disease.
