摘要
导轨支架是电梯导向系统的组成部件之一,其安装质量是影响电梯安全、稳定运行的重要因素。通过对苏州市某高层建筑电梯导轨支架的安装质量进行现场检测,检查其施工工艺是否符合规范要求,并采用应变及振动加速度测试法检测其两端工作是否一致,从而判断是否影响电梯的安全运行。
The Guide rail bracket is one of the elevator oriented system components, the installation quality is an important factors which the elevator operates safely and stable. By the on-site testing for the installation quality of elevator guide rail brackets of a high-rise buildings in Suzhou City, check the construction process whether conform to the standard requirement, and detect whether the both ends work consistently by the testing for the strain and vibration acceleration, thereby judging whether influence the safe operation of the elevator.
