建设防护工程综合论证模拟仿真平台的构想

Conception of building the simulation platform for protective engineering demonstration

针对综合论证研究和成果应用模式难以为决策提供高效、快捷、准确、直观服务及保障的问题，本文结合综合论证模拟仿真技术和应用成果的实际与特点，提出通过建设一体化的综合论证模拟仿真平台，以及整合业务过程中的各种模型、数据，为分析-建模-仿真计算-验证修定-演示-评估-结论建议-决策的全过程提供支撑。文中以工程防护效能为例分析了建立一体化系统平台的可行性、总体思路和目标，并通过相应系统组成与主要模块的探讨，提出了系统平台的体系结构和层次结构模型。最后就系统建设中的关键技术、主要特色等问题进行了讨论。

Considering the fact that the protective engineering demonstration research and application mode of its production can not provide effective service and guarantee for decision, the idea of building the simulation platform of demonstration is raised to deal with models and data in the operation. The platform can support the process of a- nalysis - modeling - simulating validating - demonstrating evaluating - summarizing - decision-mak- ing. The feasibility, realizing route and final goals are analyzed with the example of protective efficiency of defense engineerings. The system architecture and hierarchical architecture are put forward through the investigation of the relevant constitution and modules. Finally, the key technical problems in the building of the plalform and its main characteristics are discussed. Several issues are indicated which should be noticed and settled in the building.
