摘要
DDS是目前世界上最先进的间歇式置换蒸煮技术,以其明显的节能、环保效果而受到人们越来越多的关注。本文以深度脱木素理论为依据对DDS蒸煮工艺基本原理、技术特点及实践应用几个方面进行简述,并对其进一步发展作了展望。
DDS displacement cooking system is currently the world＇s most advanced batch displacement pulping technolgy. Displacement digester systems （DDS） pulping technolgy had been got more and more attention because of its low energy consumption and high efficiency. Based on the theory of extended delignification, the basic principle, technical features and practical application of DDS displacement cooking system were briefly introduced. And the further development were also prospected.
