离子色谱法测定木薯渣中单糖组分及含量 被引量:4

摘要 本研究采用离子色谱测定了木薯渣中单糖的种类及含量。干木薯渣经研磨后,用硫酸水解,得到的水解液经稀释过滤后进样分析。样品在离子色谱仪上经过梯度洗脱后能被较好地分离,各组分在0.1~10 mg.L-1的浓度范围内均具有良好的线性关系,重现性(RSD<2.61%)及回收率(96%~104%)也满足仪器的分析要求。结果测得,木薯渣中最主要的单糖为葡萄糖,含量可高达81%,同时还有少量木糖、半乳糖及阿拉伯糖,未检测到甘露糖。 This study demonstrates a method with ion chromatrography for the determination of monosaccharides in cassava-dreg hydrolyzate. Cassava - dreg was grinded into powder and acid hydrolyzed to monosaccharides for analysis. By gradient elution, all monosaccharides were well separated with IC. The results showed that there were good linear relationship between the peak areas and concentration of all samples at the range of 0.1 - 10 mg· L^-1. Moreover, the measurement precision (RSD 〈 2.61% ) and accuracy (recovery 96% - 104% ) were up to the stand- ard of instrument analysis, according to quantitative Analysis, the major monosaccharide in cassava - dreg was glucose and the content was high up to 81% , meanwhile a minor xylose, galactose and arabinose except mannose were also detected.
