摘要
通过对Matlab语言及轧机设计理论的研究.给出了轧机主传动系统的一般力学模型,基于Windows98平台上开发了轧机主传动系统的动力学CAD分析系统.在同一软件Matlab环境下,完成了轧机主传动系统的数值计算与几何设计一体化过程.从而获得求解轧机主传动系统的自然频率、振型和动力响应等问题的一种简洁、有效的方法。
With the study of Matlab language and rolling mill design principle, the dynamic analysis of CAD forrolling mill drive system has been developed on Windows98 platform. The numeric calculation and geometricaldesign has been finished under the same software environment, and we obtain a succinct and effective method tosolve the normal frequencies modes and torque amplification factors and so on of rolling mill main drive system.
