螺杆是广泛应用的机械元件；在技术文件中除螺旋有关参数外通常只对某一截面中的截形作了具体规定。如果在啮合特性分析、检测及刀具设计中尚需知道别的截形时就需要进行换算。为此．本文提出了一个相对直观而简单的螺旋投注换算法．

The worm is a widely used mechanical element. Besides the relating spiral parameters generally onlythe profile shape of one section is given concretely in its technical specification. Other profiles are required whenanalyzing engagement characteristic, inspecting, and designing of the cotting tools, so it is necessary to makeconversion. For this purpose, a comparatively direct and simple spiral projecting conversion method is developedin this paper.
