慢性心力衰竭治疗的新理念:迷走神经刺激疗法 被引量:6

摘要 心力衰竭(简称心衰)患者伴随着交感神经活性增强及迷走神经活性减弱。迷走神经刺激能够增强迷走神经活性,延缓心衰患者心肌重构,增加心肌组织一氧化氮释放及细胞间缝隙连接蛋白表达,减少破坏性炎症因子表达,阻止恶性心律失常发生等。临床研究也显示迷走神经刺激对于心衰患者的治疗是安全、可行且有效的,能够使患者的NYHA分级、6 min步行距离、心衰患者明尼苏达生活质量评分、左室射血分数、左心室收缩末期容积、心率变异性等有所改善。
