摘要 目的:建立气相色谱法测定全氟丙烷人血白蛋白微球注射液中全氟丙烷含量。方法:采用Varian CP-7517毛细管色谱柱,TCD热导检测器,气化室温度:130℃;检测器温度:180℃;柱温:65℃;以氦气为载气。结果:全氟丙烷在0.049 3~0.394 6 mg.ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为98.7%,RSD为1.1%(n=15)。结论:此方法简便灵敏,结果准确可靠,可用于全氟丙烷人血白蛋白微球注射液中全氟丙烷含量的测定。 Objective: To establish a GC method for the determination of perfluoropropane in perfluoropropane-albumin microspheres for injeetion. Method: Varian CP-7517 column was used with TCD detection. The temperature of the injector, detector and column was 130℃, 180℃and 65℃, respectively. The carrying gas was helium. Result: The standard curve was linear within the perfluoropropane concentration range of 0.049 3-0.394 6 mg ·ml^-1 (r = 1.000 0), and the average recovery was 98.7% with RSD of 1.1% (n = 15). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reliable, and suitable for the determination of perfluoropropane in perfluoro- propane-albumin microspheres for injection.
