肿瘤转移抑制基因Nm23的作用机制及临床应用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 1988年,Steeg等分离鉴定出一种新的肿瘤转移抑制基因,即Nm23基因.Nm23是第一个被发现抑制肿瘤转移的基因,其表达与数种肿瘤的转移潜能病理学指标、淋巴结浸润及不良预后有关[1].该基因的蛋白产物为核苷二磷酸激酶(NDPK),是一种由数个16~20 kD的多肽组成的70~100 kD的蛋白质.
