摘要
目的:确定复方山茱萸胶囊的最佳成型工艺。方法:通过对不同辅料对流动性,吸湿性,成型性的考察筛选制备颗粒的辅料,优选最佳制粒成型工艺,并测定临界相对湿度。结果:最佳成型工艺为浸膏粉∶微晶纤维素∶磷酸氢钙=1∶0.12∶0.03,生产环境的相对湿度宜控制在62%以下。结论:本试验确定的成型工艺能为其实际大生产提供依据。
Objective: To determine the best forming process of compound comus capsules. Method: The effects of different ex- cipients on the fluidity, wettability and formability of the powder were investigated to select appropriate materials and promising prepa- ration process. The critical relative humidity was also measured in the preparation process. Result: The optimal ratio of extract powder, microcystalline cellulose (MCC) and calcium hydrogen phosphate was 1: 0.12: 0.03. The relative humidity of the production and stor- age environment was below 62%. Conclusion: The research can provide the suggestion for the mass preparation of compound comus capsules.
