关于工程造价管理制度改革的思路

Thinking about reformation for management regime of building costs of project

笔者结合工作实践 ,指出了现行工程造价管理制度存在的一些问题。提出现阶段过渡时期应健全有关招标、投标法规 ,包括招标范围、方式、规则 。

Based on the author's work experience,the problems in present cost management regime of building costs of project are pointed out.Some suggests of prefecting the laws and regulations of bid and invite tenders(including bid range,way and regulation) and quickening the step of joint with international building costs of project are put forward.
