大学生“网络就业”初探

Exploration on the Employment of College Students through the Internet

互联网的发展不仅是中国产业经济的动力,也蕴藏着巨大的就业潜力和空间。中国在解决巨大的就业压力时,一方面要积极调整就业政策,不失时机地开发和创造互联网就业市场;另一方面也要不断提高就业服务质量,为实现互联网就业奠定坚实的基础。本文通过分析互联网对大学生就业所提供的有益条件和积极影响,深入挖掘互联网发展为大学生就业带来的就业潜力,提出高校在面对大学生就业挑战和机遇时,一定要采取有效措施提高大学生就业服务质量,为大学生就业提供良好的服务。

The development of Internet not only promotes the industrial economy in China,but also presents tremendous employment potential and opportunities.To resolve the huge employment pressure,on one hand,China should adjust the employment policy actively,and seize the opportunities to explore and create Internet employment market.On the other hand,China must continuously improve the quality of employment services and lay a solid foundation for the realization of Internet employment.This paper,through analyzing the advantages and positive impacts of employment provided by Internet on undergraduates,explores deeply undergraduate employment potential brought by the development of Internet.Also,this paper proposes that when facing the challenges and opportunities of undergraduate employment,universities must take measures to improve the quality of undergraduate employment services and provide good services for undergraduate employment.
