摘要
沥青材料是1种典型的粘弹性材料,其温度敏感性高,在重交通、高温的环境条件下,易出现早期损坏,影响道路的使用性能。具有耐高温、抗疲劳的高模量沥青混凝土可有效的改善普通沥青混凝土的这些问题。本文选用AC-13C型级配,通过测试马歇尔试件体积指标,确定了不同沥青混合料的最佳油石比,对比研究了高模量沥青混合料(简称HM)、SBS改性沥青混合料、基质沥青混合料的路用性能,主要包括了车辙试验、水稳定性试验、低温弯曲试验、疲劳性能试验。结果表明高模量改性沥青具有较SBS改性沥青、基质沥青更优越的路用性能。
Asphalt as a typical viscoelastic material, with the temperature sensitivity, in the heavy traffic and high temperature envi- ronment conditions, the emergence of a serious early damage, directly affecting the way the use of performance. Therefore, it is neces- sary to research the high modulus asphalt concrete which has high temperature resistance stability and anti -fatigue performance. This paper investigates the AC -13C coarse aggregate gradation, determined the best optimal asphalt content of different asphalt mixture by testing the volume index of marshal test piece, and contrastive studies pavement performance of asphalt mixture ( high modulus asphalt concrete, SBS modified asphalt mixture and base asphalt mixture), including rutting test, bending test at low temperature, the water stability, and the fatigue property test. The results showed that high modulus asphalt concrete has a better pavement performance than both SBS modified asphalt mixture and base asphalt mixture.
