受损客轮中人员紧急疏散研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 借鉴陆上紧急疏散研究成果,探讨客轮中突发事故时人员紧急疏散研究成果及进展。基于现有的有限的研究成果,IMO针对不同船型发布了不同疏散指南,给出总疏散时间组成部分和计算方法,对其安全性给予评价。最后本论文展望了受损客轮人员紧急疏散的未来研究方向,即动态网格化方法、疏散标识优化、模型完善和人员行为特性关系探究,希望改进IMO疏散指南及船员的相关培训。 Based on the research results of on-land evacuation, this paper discusses the research results and progress of emergency evacuation in passenger ships. Based on existing limited research results, IMO approves different evacuation guidelines regarding different ship types, including the composition and ealeulative methods of evacuation time and safety evaluation. Finally, the paper looks into the future of the research of emergency evacuation for damaged passenger ships-dynamic grid technique, optimization of evacuation signs, improvement of models and relationship of human behavior, hoping to improve IMO guidelines and related crew training.
