摘要
阐述了国产压力计的发展过程,说明了由单片机80C31为核心芯片,选用应变式压力传感器转向第二代压力计,采用串行单片机、A/D片,数据存储器。经过发展,国产压力计在温度误差修正技术方面有所提高,功能上有一些进步,在元件成本降低及简单生产工艺等方面有了较大的进步。但整体技术水平没有突破,目前国内使用较好的压力计主要依赖进口。文章指出,国产压力计要进一步发展,在性能方面,应该向高可靠性、高精度、耐高温方向发展。而目前影响国内压力计发展的主要因素是,压力计的行业标准存在问题,应尽快修改现行的压力计两个行业标准,快速推进"阳光工程",加快改革步伐,提高产品质量,加强技术服务工作。
The development and progress of domestic pressure meter is introduced in this paper.The second generation pressure meter has adopted the strain pressure sensor and single bo computer and datu memory. Although itS ermr cormction technolgy and function are imProved, its pnduction coot decreased and its peduction craft simplified, to a certainextent, itS enhre level has not got a hndthrough. The present used high quality pressure meter mainly depends on theinput form abroad. The reliability, precision and high temPeratUre proPerty of the domestic pressure meter should be improved and its two industry standards should be revised.
