建设工程争议评审是当今国际建设工程领域解决纠纷的一种有效方式。国内外的相关实践证明了这一方式在解决建设工程纠纷方面具有不可替代的优势。在民商事仲裁中引入争议评审制度,并将其与仲裁裁决结合起来,是构建工程纠纷领域多元化解决机制的需要,也有利于实现争议评审和仲裁的优势互补。在我国实施这一改革需要在仲裁委员会内部制定完善的争议评审规则,并建立起高素质的评审专家队伍。

Dispute review of construction project is an effective means of dispute solution in the field of construction project across the world currently.Practice of dispute review at home and abroad has shown that it is indispensable in resolving dispute of construction project.It＇s a necessity for establishing plural resolution mechanism in construction disputes to introduce this method into civil and commercial arbitration,and combination with arbitration.It is also benefit to the complimentary advantages between dispute review and arbitration.In order to advance this reform in China,formulation of complete dispute review rules,and form of an expert team of high professional quality should be encouraged.
