On E-commerce Crime

电子商务是一种新颖的经济营运模式,与传统的商务活动相比,具有快捷的特点。计算机信息技术这把"双刃剑"为电子商务犯罪创造了条件,在不长的时间内,电子商务犯罪迅速发展,严重威胁着电子商务的安全。电子商务犯罪形式多种多样,且犯罪行为具有隐蔽性极强、传播快、范围广、受害群体较多等特点。面对这种特殊形式的犯罪,应该充分发挥不同职能部门的作用,共同构筑防范体系。

E-commerce is a new mechanism of running business,which is more convenient compared with the traditional one.Informational technology has created chance for e-commerce crime,which developed quickly and brought great threats to e-commerce in a short time.E-commerce crime has characteristics of high disguise,fast spread,wide ranged,and various victims.Corporation should be adapted to coping with this special crime and each department should play their own role in this battle.
