单支多级齿轮传动系统自适应动力学分析

摘要 基于齿轮系统动力学基本理论,研究了单支多级齿轮传动系统的多自由度动力学行为,建立了动力学模型及其求解方法,在MATLAB环境下开发了相应的自适应系统动力学计算程序,根据齿轮系统的传动级数自动生成动力学模型。最后,以某两级齿轮传动系统为例,进行了系统模态、动载荷历程及动载荷系数历程等分析。 Based on the fundamental theory of gear system dynamics, the multi-DOF ( Degree of Freedom) dynamics behaviors of single branch multi-stage gear transmission system are researched, and then the dynamics model and solving method are presented. The corresponding adaptive system dynamics computing program is developed under MATLAB environment, which can automatically generate dynamics model according to the stage number of gear transmission system. Finally, a two-stage gear transmission system as example, the dynamics performances of system mode, dynamic load and dynamic load coefficient are analyzed.
