针刺配合超声波治疗骨折术后组织粘连的临床研究

Acupuncture Treatment with Ultrasonic Fracture Organization Adhesion Clinical Research

观察针刺配合超声波疗法治疗骨折术后组织粘连的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机理。将骨折术后有明显组织粘连的患者76例随机分为两组,分别为针刺组38例和超声组(针刺配合超声)38例进行治疗。治疗前后两组根据临床疗效进行评定。结果显示:针刺组治愈率为84.2%,超声组治愈率为94.7%。得出结论:针刺配合超声波疗法能够明显改善患者骨折术后组织粘连,提高术后关节活动度,以提高生活质量。

To observe the acupuncture therapy with ultrasonic treatment fracture organization the clinical curative effect of adhesion, and discuss the mechanism of action, fracture have obvious organization adhesion of 76 patients with randomly divided into two groups： 38 patients were acupuncture group and the ultrasound group （with acupuncture ultrasonic） 38 cases of treatment. Before and after treatment according to the clinical curative effect of two groups were evaluated. The result shows the acupuncture group cure rate was 84. 2%. The ultrasound group cure rate was 94. 7%. It is conclusied that acupuncture with ultrasonic therapy can significantly improve patients with fracture organization adhesion, improve joint was mobility, in order to improve the quality of life.
