摘要
对一起消毒后餐饮具未达到卫生标准案件中的违法主体认定、法律法规适用、证据收集等要点进行分析探讨,并针对存在的问题提出相应建议。同时呼吁尽快修订相关法律法规,以加强对餐饮具集中消毒单位的监管,保障群众身体健康。
Analyzing and discussing the key points of the subject recognition of one case that tableware does not meet hygiene standards after disinfection, the application of laws and regulations, evidence collection, and put forward some suggestions for the existing problems. Meanwhile, we are calling for the revision of relevant laws and regulations as soon as possible, to strengthen the supervision of focus on tableware disinfection corporate, to protect the people's physical health.
