摘要
针对现有微表处性能实验评价方法的不足,提出基于"轮胎驱动式路面功能加速加载试验系统"的材料性能评价方法,对掺加不同改性乳化沥青的微表处混合料进行室内加速加载试验.结果表明,改性乳化沥青残留物性质对微表处混合料性能有直接影响,适宜的沥青能够延长使用年限73%,提升长期效益60%;摆值、构造深度指标与宽度变形率间相关系数为0.74与0.77;"微表处混合料蠕变度"K指标反映材料抗滑性能变化的敏感度,可用以描述混合料蠕变与矿料重分布.试验也表明"轮胎驱动式路面功能加速加载试验系统"可真实模拟轮胎与路面间的相互作用.
In view of the shortcomings of the former test methods for Micro-Surfacing, an assessment method based on "Driving Wheel Pavement Analyzer" is proposed to carry out an indoor accelerated looding test on Micro-Surfacing added with different kinds of modified emulsified asphalt. Results show that the properties of modified emulsified asphalt residue directly influence the performance of Micro-Surfacing, and application of suitable asphalt can prolongs the service life by 73% and long-term benefit by 60% the correlation coefficients between British Pendulum Number(BPN), Texture Depth(TD) indexes and width deformation rate are 0.74 and 0.77;the "Micro-Surfacing mixture creep index" K reflects the anti-slide sensitivity of mixture, which represents describes the creep and aggregates redistribution of the material. Tests also show that the "Driving Wheel Pavement Analyzer" can simulate the interaction between tires and pavement.
