摘要
油气田处于复杂的腐蚀环境中,钢铁设备和材料的腐蚀损坏极为严重,采用耐腐蚀性优良的工程塑料是从根本上解决腐蚀问题的可行途径。通过报道复合管道的应用现状,进行塑料与钢铁性能和管材经济性的对比分析阐述了在油气田建设工程中“以塑代钢”的应用前景。
Iron and steel equipment or products under complex corrosive environment suffer from sever cor-rosion. Using engineering plastic, which has excellent resistance to corrosion, is a feasible way to erad-icate corrosion problems. Through comparison of properties between engineering plastic and iron andsteel, and through analytical comparison of economy between these material, the application state ofcomposite pipes is reported in this paper, and the application prospective of so-called 'replacement-of-steel-with-plastic' in oil and gas fields construction is demonstrated.
