摘要 结合现场施工情况,对两台5万m3储罐埋弧自动焊横缝裂纹产生的机理和原因进行分析,探讨了控制和预防措施,认为控制钢材和焊材的S、P含量,减小壁板组对时拘束度以及进行焊前预热是有效措施。 Based on the construction of two 50, 000 m3 tanks welded by submerged arc autotnatic weldingprocess, the mechanism and causes for the initiation of cracks on horizontal seams are analyzed, andcontnd and prevention measures are discussed. It is believed that by strictly controlling the S and Pcontent in tank plate and weld consumables, reducing the constraint during wall plate assemling andperforming preheat treatment, weld quality will be effectively enhanced.
