There are many biochemistry roles of nucleotides in animals and human.Nucleoside nucleotide can be de nove synthesis in body.Dietary nucleotides have beneficial effects upon function of immune system,digestive gut growth and development,hepatic function and lipid metabolism in animal.The endogenous nucleoside nucleotied supply may insufficient for animal in periods of rapid growth,immune challenge,and certain disease states.Dietary nucleotides may be a conditional essential nutrient in animal production.Nucleoside nucleotide should be considered in animal nutrition.
