From the overall design philosophy and point selection, equipment selection, transmission systems and storage systems, the paper introduces the implementation of City Surveillance System in Shangdi Street, Haidian District, Beijing. This system achieved remarkable results to maintenance the security of Shangdi Information Industry Base and reduce the incidence of criminal offenses.
